Cancellation And Missed Appointments

If appointments have been made for the follow up of test results, these are flagged in the appointment system.

Missed appointments for the follow up of results are of crucial importance and are always followed up by practice staff.


Patients who do not attend appointments are contacted by telephone and reminded of their appointment. 


If a patient has cancelled less than two hours prior to their appointment or and fails to attend three appointments a “Did not Attend” fee of $50 is accounted and the patient will not be able to make future appointments until this payment is finalised.

Patient Feedback:

From time to time, the Clinic invites patients to complete a questionnaire on their views of the Practice and how it could be improved.  These surveys are completely confidential and help us improve our service.  The Clinic, at all times, follows the ethical code laid down by the Australian Medical Association.  If you are unhappy with any aspect of the care you receive, please first contact our Practice Manager, Kassey-Lee Denny via email   However, if there is a problem which has not been resolved, you may contact the Office of the Health Ombudsman at
