Private influenza vaccination for people not covered by government programs. Generally administered from April Annually
Combination vaccination with Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis. Commonly administered for pertussis (whooping cough) protection every 5-10 years.
Hepatitis A Vaccination
Usually given prior to travel, various formulations available. Usually one initially followed by a further 12 months later with immunity for life.
Meningococcal B Immunisation. Two vaccinations two months apart for over 12 months of age.
Travel vaccination, two preparations available.
Yellow fever vaccination, a requirement for travel to certain areas. One required for life.
An immunisation against Salmonella typhi, an infectious form of diarrhoea. A routine travel immunisation for certain countries.
A requirement for work in abbatoirs and related industries. Administration is only safe after a negative skin test ($35) and serology a week beforehand - two consultations necessary.
Measles/Mumps/Rubella Immunisation if not covered by public catch up programs.
